The kitchen island's reeded curves serve as a striking focal point, combining form and function in a way that encourages family interaction. It's an ideal setting for a family of four, with two young boys, to come together for meals, homework, or casual chats. The Materials

Red oak was chosen throughout the kitchen to infuse warmth and add rich texture to the space. The range hood, a focal point of the design, was meticulously shipped and painted on-site to ensure a flawless finish, free from any cracks or seams. Despite the 8-foot ceilings, this extensive range hood integrates seamlessly into the overall design, maintaining a cohesive look.

The home bar, crafted entirely from red oak, embraces a one-tone finish that evokes the elegance of Art Deco design. This choice of material provides a timeless appeal and ties the kitchen's various elements together. Strategically placed lighting enhances the tones of the red oak, highlighting its natural beauty and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.
