Nestled beside a tranquil lake near Waterloo Region, this newly renovated home is designed to embrace natural beauty and serene living. Expansive windows flood the space with natural light, offering breathtaking lakeside views, while soaring cathedral ceilings enhance the airy, open feel. At the heart of the home is a thoughtfully designed two-toned kitchen that seamlessly blends warmth and modern elegance, creating a space that is both functional and inviting.

The integration of a panelled white oak fridge and matching range hood provides a seamless, built-in look that enhances the kitchen’s clean aesthetic. Upper cabinetry in crisp white contributes to a bright and airy feel, while custom storage solutions maximize efficiency, including an appliance garage with a rollout shelf and thoughtfully placed drawers and cabinets such as spice pull-outs next to the stove for easy access to spices.
